This year we have had fun with:
Visiting the farm for a hayride and picking pumpkins
Hearing from the librarian about bears and making our own cave
Collecting signs of fall
Climbing snow mountains and making ice mobiles
Going to the theatre to see a play
Celebrating our families with an international potluck luncheon
Building with different materials like paper, blocks, and magnets
Some activities we are looking forward to:
Celebrating the Chinese New Year with a restaurant trip
Visiting the Zimmerli Art Museum
Watching eggs incubate and welcoming the chicks to our classroom
Studying caterpillars and watching their transformation to butterflies
Exploring the signs of spring
