2009 - 2010 Highlights

This year we have had fun with:

  • Visiting the farm for a hayride and picking pumpkins
  • Hearing from the librarian about bears and making our own cave
  • Collecting signs of fall
  • Climbing snow mountains and making ice mobiles
  • Going to the theatre to see a play
  • Celebrating our families with an international potluck luncheon
  • Building with different materials like paper, blocks, and magnets


    • Some activities we are looking forward to:

  • Celebrating the Chinese New Year with a restaurant trip
  • Visiting the Zimmerli Art Museum
  • Watching eggs incubate and welcoming the chicks to our classroom
  • Studying caterpillars and watching their transformation to butterflies
  • Exploring the signs of spring
